House Divided Scrimmage!

LBA BR’s inaugural Players vs Parents scrimmage ended in the players defeating their parents 8-6 in 5 innings. The two teams traded runs early, the parents jumped out to a 4-1 lead and then it was all 9u afterwards. The boys scored 7 runs until the parents answered back getting to within two with a chance to win late. The game came to an end with an exciting running catch in centerfield by Jermany Woodley! It was a fun night with the season nearing an end for all of our player and families.

OTC - Brawlin On Da Bayou!

“As another travel ball season starts winding down, players and families across the baseball world will soon begin preparing for a new chapter with new teams, new age groups, new teammates, and new opportunities.

At LBA, we understand that choosing an organization is about much more than baseball. The team you choose becomes a major part of your family’s life over the next year. Long weekends, practices, tournaments, travel, time away from home, and countless memories will all be tied to the environment you choose for your child. Culture matters. Coaching matters. Development matters. Communication matters. The way players are treated matters.

One thing families should know about us: we are never going to pressure you into making a decision overnight. We believe families deserve the time to evaluate what is truly best for their child and their family. Be mindful of organizations that rush commitments or pressure families before they’ve had the opportunity to fully think things through. This process should be about finding the right fit, not making the fastest decision.

As everyone begins looking ahead to what’s next, we also believe strongly in finishing the current chapter the right way. Continue competing with passion, energy, and pride for the team you currently represent.

No matter where your journey takes you next season, we hope every player finishes this year strong and continues growing both on and off the field. OTC - Moms Luv The Diamondz!

Our LBA BR team had the privilege of spending Tuesday night at Alex Box with the Fighting Tigers of LSU. The boys were able to stand on the field for the national anthem, compete in a sack race, announce a few innings, and receive autographs from some of their role models. Special thanks to Zion Theophilus and Eddie Yamin IV for taking the time to sign autographs for our guys. Geaux Tigers and Geaux Naturals!
