Over the past six weeks, Team Super Duper has been busy doing what we love—challenging ourselves, supporting our communities, and showing up for one another.
🚴 Coast to Coast 100
Laura and Colin took on the legendary Coast to Coast 100. Both put together strong rides, with Laura noting the course was even sandier than usual this year. As always, it was a fantastic, well-run event that tested every rider from start to finish.
🏔️ Addison Oaks XC
Will and Jake represented the team at Addison Oaks with impressive performances. Will rode his way to a 3rd place podium finish, while Jake was right behind with a strong 4th place.
🪨 Cedar Blitz Gravel
It was a scorcher, but that didn't stop our crew from putting together great rides on one of Michigan's fastest gravel courses.
Dewey & Marie powered their tandem to 3rd place in the 18-mile race.
Will finished 6th in the 18-mile event.
Amy rode a personal best in the 36-mile race, finishing 6th in her age group. A huge accomplishment on a brutally hot day!
🏊🚴🏃 Cereal City Triathlon
Amy kept the momentum rolling with another outstanding performance, finishing 7th in her age group at the Cereal City Triathlon. Way to keep pushing your limits!
💙 Supporting Our Community
Racing is only part of what we do. Several teammates also gave back by leading out local running events, helping runners safely navigate the opening miles of their races.
A huge thank you to Will and Amy for representing Team Super Duper at the Cheetah Chase, and to Dewey, Marie, Amy, Matt, Michelle, and Jay for supporting the Battle Creek Half Marathon. We love being part of these events and helping make race day a success for our local running community!
💙 Wish-A-Mile
Not every contribution comes with a finish line. Matt Starks dedicated five days to the Wish-A-Mile ride benefiting Make-A-Wish Michigan—spending two days as a pre-rider ensuring the course was ready and three days providing route support. Thank you, Matt, for giving your time to such an incredible cause.
⛰️ The Crusher
Clint tackled the legendary 175-mile route while Mike, Ryan, and Heather took on the 40-mile adventure in Michigan's Keweenaw Peninsula. The Crusher once again lived up to the 906 Adventure Team motto of "Do Hard Stuff." Between the relentless terrain and challenging air quality from the Canadian wildfires, it was a true test of grit. Every Super Duper rider earned their coveted green dot.
A huge shoutout goes to Alissa, who spent the day (and night!) supporting the team. From keeping riders fueled to making sure everyone made it safely through, we truly couldn't have done it without you.
🥈 De Ronde Van Grampian
Will capped off this busy stretch with another fantastic result, earning 2nd place at De Ronde Van Grampian. Another podium and another great day on the bike!
We're incredibly proud of this team. Whether it's earning podiums, setting PRs, tackling epic adventures, volunteering for meaningful causes, or supporting fellow athletes in our community, every member continues to represent what Team Super Duper is all about.
Next Up:
🏔️ Ore to Shore - an epic mountain bike race starting in Ishpeming and finishing in downtown Marquette.

🌽 Uncle John's Gravel Race – A fun late-summer event featuring scenic gravel roads and plenty of cider mill charm.

The Lumberjack 100 served up a perfect day for racing—great weather, fast trails, and a whole lot of time spent in the woods.
Ryan, Clint, and Heather all took on the challenge, but this year only Clint crossed the finish line of the full 100-mile event. He rode a strong, steady race all day long and earned that finish.
Heather continued to battle some lingering back issues, and Ryan’s day came to an early end as well. That’s the thing about endurance racing—sometimes the finish line isn’t guaranteed, no matter how much preparation goes into it.
Even without all three riders reaching the finish, it was still a great day on the bike, a chance to meet new people, and another reminder of why we keep showing up for these big adventures.
Congrats to Clint on a strong Lumberjack 100 finish!
A special thank you to Alissa for supporting and encouraging our racers all day long. We cannot do what we do without our support crew to help us along the way!

The Dirty Donut was serving up plenty of gravel, donuts, and podiums this weekend! 🍩🚴
Our Super Duper crew showed up ready to race and came home with some impressive results. Will Hoffman had a huge day, taking the win in the Clydesdale division and earning second in Donut Champ honors in the 16-mile race. Jake Hoffman also stood atop the podium in his age group, proving that a few extra donuts can be great race fuel.
Kristy Orns rode strong to a 4th-place age group finish (sub 1 hr 15 min!), while Matt Starks tackled the 26-mile course and landed on the podium with a 3rd-place age group finish. Our tandem duo put the power down and sprinted their way to a win in the 16-mile division!
A special shoutout goes to friend Lisa Bridgeman, who jumped into her very first gravel race and came away with a 2nd-place finish in the donut division. Not a bad way to start your gravel racing career!
Congratulations to everyone who took on the challenge. Whether you were racing for a podium, a personal best, or just an excuse to eat donuts on a bike ride, we’re proud of all of you! 🍩🏆💜

The Super Duper crew took on the Cow Pie Classic in Ionia this weekend, a Michigan gravel favorite known for its rolling roads, scenic countryside, and challenging miles.
Will tackled the Cow Pie for the first time and put together a strong ride, working hard and finishing strong. Great job taking on a new challenge!
Our tandem team of Dewey and Marie had another fantastic day, racing their way to a 3rd-place tandem podium finish! 🥉👏
Congratulations to all of the riders for getting out there, putting in the work!

Super Duper was well represented this weekend at the inaugural The Pit XCO Mountain Bike Race!
The Pit brings a unique race format to Michigan's mountain bike scene. Unlike most of our local events, this cross-country Olympic (XCO) style race features a fast and exciting 3-mile lap course packed with punchy climbs that make riders earn every minute on the bike. With constant efforts, quick recoveries, and plenty of opportunities for spectators to cheer, it was a fantastic addition to the race calendar.
Colin took on the Sport category and had an incredible race, earning 1st place in his age group and 2nd place overall! Amazing performance!!!🥇
Clint raced in the Sport Plus category and battled his way to 3rd place in his age group! 🥉 The fast pace and relentless climbs made for a tough day on the bike, but he dug deep and came away with a podium finish.
We're excited to see new race formats like this continue to grow the Michigan mountain bike community. Congratulations to Colin and Clint on their strong performances, and a huge thank you to the race organizers, volunteers, and everyone who came out to support the inaugural event.
Way to represent, Super Duper! 🚴♂️💥

Huge congratulations to Super Duper Cycling teammate Will Hoffman! 🚴
Will raced the Hart Hills Gravel Race today and put down an awesome ride, finishing 2nd in his age group in the 13-mile race! Hart Hills is known for its deep sand roads and “gravel” that sometimes feels like anything but gravel, so earning a podium spot out there is no small accomplishment.
What makes this even more special? This is Will’s first season ever racing on a team and his very first podium finish! The smile on his face in the picture says it all. You can see the hard work, excitement, and confidence starting to build… and now he’s even more hungry for it.
Please join us in congratulating Will on a job well done! We’re proud to have you representing Super Duper Cycling! 👏🔥
