Andee Jayy's Mini Wedge Journey FTR

We had such an amazing day at Mini super Shoe! Andee scored a 3rd place finish in her first feature of the night after leading more than half the race!!! She did so well, holding her line it was hard to pass her! She Ended up 4th in her second feature of the night as well! She stayed clean and learned a lot! We can't wait to be back next season running for points. Thank you so much Kalamazoo Speedway Mini Wedges Travis Loop, Jordan Dickerson, Jeff Swafford, Jon Brady, Darrial Goss II, Toni Loop, Tamara Rabideau, Francis Rabideau, Becky Beebe, Michael Fox, Fox Automotive LLC, Todd Currier, Wedge Innovations, Ryan Osborne, Danielle Osborne and Everybody else we can't tag! Also Special Thanks to Cash the Beast from the East Tremble Racing Team for helping with the brakes on our Truck today as well I can't tag em but Thank you guys.

Mini Super Shoe is going great so far! Our goal for this race was seat time and car control. We geared the car down a bit so she could learn to control the car better, and so far she managed to match her same qualifying time from last race even with a smaller gear! That's an improvement in my book, she's learning to hold her line and drive the car. We start inside first row of the second heat tmrw!

Well it was a CRAZY day at the Rabers Rumble. We all went through a roller coaster of emotions and ups and downs all day. She ran a 10.3 in hot laps a thenth faster then last week. After a quick conversation about what's the fastest way around the track and vote of confidence she went out and Qualified a 9.7! Almost a whole second faster than last week. She went out in the heat race and they clocked her even faster at a 9.3 second lap. Unfortunately we snapped the chain in the heat race and it took out her drive gear and all the bolts with it. We got lucky and got it back together about five minutes before her race started. Thanks to everybody around us and so much help from all the other teams we got her back out and unfortunately the chain popped of three more times in the feature so they pulled her off. But all in all in my opinion it was a great day and a great learning experience for everybody! We will regroup and be back for the Two day Mini Shoe Sept 20th and 21st Kalamazoo Speedway Mini Wedges

We are so close to getting the car all the way together! Just waiting to pick up a new fuel tank and we will hopefully be picking up a new seat this week! I wanna give a huge Shout out to Wedge Innovations for sponsoring Andee a set of hubs and spindles for the car. Also a huge shout out to Tamara Rabideau and Francis Rabideau for sponsoring Andee a brand new engine! Also Special thanks Travis Loop for walking me through how to build a mini wedge and hooking Andee up with literally everything else she needed to race this season. Needless to say the car will be finished up soon if everything goes right!
