LiCo is growing, and I’m looking to connect with more local wellness professionals. 🤍

I’m building a network of instructors, trainers, and wellness providers who are open to collaborating on future LiCo experiences in the Joplin and Northwest Arkansas areas.

I’d especially love to connect with people who teach yoga, Pilates, strength, mobility, dance, breathwork, sound healing, walking groups, or other wellness-focused experiences.

This isn’t about hiring a big “team.” It’s about building relationships with great local people so that when the right opportunity comes up, we already know who we can collaborate with.

Our first LiCo instructor connection coffee brought together a few incredible local wellness professionals to talk, dream, connect, and share ideas.

What I loved most was that everyone genuinely wants to support each other and be part of building something centered around community, collaboration, and wellness.

This is exactly the kind of energy I hoped LiCo would create.

A class can be more than a workout.
A coffee can turn into a conversation.
A shared experience can turn strangers into friends.

That’s the kind of thing I want LiCo to create more of.

Not just movement. Not just events.

Connection.

Tonight’s barre class confirmed two things:

We’re stronger together… and we are VERY divided when it comes to football. 😂

Chiefs ❤️💛, Cowboys 💙 and Steelers 🖤💛 were all represented.

Obviously I’m Team Chiefs, so we still have a little work to do around here. 😉😂

But this is exactly what I love about wellness…you show up for the workout and somewhere along the way, conversations happen, people laugh, and connections are made.

LiCo is built around a pretty simple idea:

Wellness has a way of bringing people together.

Sometimes it’s a class. Sometimes it’s coffee after. Sometimes it’s trying something new with people you may not have known before.

What I’m most interested in creating isn’t just another workout or event.

It’s more opportunities for people to connect, feel welcome, and be part of something.

That’s the heart behind LiCo.

This page is getting a new name… but the heart behind it really isn’t changing. 🤍

Many of you originally followed me here through barre, fitness, and all the different ways we’ve moved together over the years.

What I’ve realized is that the part I’ve always loved most wasn’t just the workout.

It was the people!!

Watching friendships form. Bringing women together. Creating a place where people felt welcome and connected.

Over time, that vision has grown into something bigger, and I’m excited to officially introduce LiCo | The Lifestyle Company.

LiCo is built around creating community through wellness, connection, and shared experiences.

Barre will always be part of my story — and I’m still teaching True Strength Fitness — but LiCo gives me the opportunity to bring together so many different kinds of wellness, people, and experiences.

If you’ve been following this page for years, thank you for being here. I hope you’ll stay and come along for this next chapter.

I have a feeling this one is going to be really special. ✨
