❤️ Before we owned Ironwood Grille, we were simply members of the Beatrice Country Club.

Life was busy (and still is!), but Colby and I always tried to make Friday nights our date night.

We’d head out to the golf course — Colby would golf while I happily rode along in the cart — and afterward, we’d go inside, sit down together, have supper at the restaurant, and just enjoy the evening.

It became our thing. ❤️

So when the restaurant at the Country Club closed last September, we were honestly heartbroken.

After a lot of thought — and maybe a little convincing on my part 😉 — Colby and I decided to take a chance and open Ironwood Grille.

And one of the biggest reasons was simple:

We wanted EVERYONE to be able to enjoy what we had enjoyed.

For generations, the Beatrice Country Club has been part of this community. It has been the place for wedding receptions, family gatherings, community events, celebrations, golf outings, and simply sitting down for a meal with family and friends.

Seeing that come back to life has been one of the biggest blessings of this entire adventure. ❤️

We love this golf course. We truly believe it is one of the nicest courses in the state and something the Beatrice community should be incredibly proud of.

And we want more people to experience it — even if you’ve never picked up a golf club before!

So we’re bringing back a little piece of the date nights that made us fall in love with this place. ⛳️❤️🍽️

71 | 68 | 67 | 206 (-10)

Easley closes with a 67 (-5) at Beatrice Country Club to claim his second Mid-Amateur title.
