Pounds in the 1st month - month & half. No starving no nasty diets,minimal cardio.
And you only have to work out 1-1.5 hrs a day 4-5 x per week. For only 80 bucks per month you can get the results you deserve! not minimal results because someone is just trying to make a buck off you.

Sticking with the plan.
1 month post show.
Our goal this year is to stay lean and pack on nothing but solid muscle mass. Kinda wanna have that Frank Zane look over time.
Crazy 1.6 years ago I was over 230 pounds with a massive belly & blessed to say we ended up with no loose skin

After eating 6-8 meals
Vs after sleeping and waking up.
You tend to gain 3-5 pounds throughout the day. 150-3 after eating all day
147.6 after sleeping. Dm to start getting in shape

Accepting new clients. My best client. Aaron Acosta has been with me 60 days and is gone from 264 pounds to 240 lbs. but here’s my story
1.5 years ago, I got with a coach I was 31% body fat and through eating 6 to 7 times a day I went from 230 pounds to what you see before you no surgery no pills just hard work and dedication all natural. I was losing weight at the rate of 10 pounds a month.

Client David and his wife Tyler started with me last Saturday thanks to a friend recommendations of them to me & have each lost 5 pounds. They have had weight loss surgru in the past and were thinking ablut doing that again. But they decided to give me a shot & i wrote them a diet,cardio plan & Very minimal cardio. She eats 5x per day he eats 5-6x

All of my clients are killing it. Today’s spot light is Mr Pedro . He started with me 17 days ago and is down from 289.9 to 280 Pedro runs a business he’s always working things but still finds time to get his 6 meals in. Can wait to see his changes continue. Proud of out clients that are losing weight
