🏁 Outlaw Speedway recap — LATE MODEL EDITION!🏁

We fought a pretty tight race car through time trials and the heat, but the Atta Boy Racing crew went to work and got her tuned up for the feature.

Come feature time, she was WAYYYY better and finally starting to feel like something I could work with. Unfortunately, on lap 8 I got a little too ambitious into turn 4, overdrove it and looped her around. 🙃

We got going again and rode around toward the back, continuing to get some laps and learn everything we could. When the leaders caught us around lap 15, we decided to call it a night and bring her home in one piece.

A HUGE thank you to Atta Boy Racing, Stan, Rick & Rickie for giving me this opportunity. These Late Models are definitely a whole different animal, and seeing the class of the field Outlaw had last night firsthand was pretty wild. There are some seriously fast race cars and talented drivers in that division!

Definitely an experience I won’t forget. 🤙

Now it’s time to switch everything around in the trailer, load the 25J Street Stock back up and head for the High Banks of Woodhull Raceway for the 100-LAPPER! 🏁🔥

Well we've made it through Pre-race tech. We will hot lap & then time trial 13th. Making the show & finishing all 40 laps tonight is the goal 🤙

Giardina Motorsports is excited to announce a partnership with Atta Boy Racing for the MacMillan Memorial at Outlaw Speedway on September 18th!

Giardina Motorsports driver Joey Giardina will climb behind the wheel of the AttaBoy Racing machine, carrying the familiar 25J for the night.

A huge thank you to Stan, Rick, and Rickie for giving us this opportunity. We’re excited to team up, try something a little different, and see what we can do at Outlaw Speedway!
