As many of you know, our son, Payson Davis, unexpectedly passed away on August 10. While we are heartbroken and miss him every day, we have been overwhelmed by the love and support shown to our family. Payson’s school, Ankeney Middle School, created memorial t-shirts in his honor. In an incredible act of generosity, proceeds from these shirt sales will goto support our Journey League community. As a family, we are doing our best to keep moving forward and honor Payson’s life by continuing to invest in the people and causes he loved. If you would like to purchase a shirt here is the link:

So incredibly honored to see Journey League Dayton recognized as a Dayton Dragons Community All-Star at tonight’s game! 💚⚾️

I’ve had the privilege of watching this organization change lives through the game of basketball. Journey League is so much more than a league. It’s a place where every athlete is welcomed, celebrated, encouraged, and given the opportunity to belong.

Thank you to the Dayton Dragons & Flying Ace Express Carwash for shining a spotlight on organizations making a difference in our community, and congratulations to every athlete, volunteer, coach, family, and supporter who makes Journey League so special. This recognition belongs to all of you. 💙

Journey League is more than basketball. It’s a community built on inclusion, encouragement, friendship, and confidence. There are so many athletes who would love to be part of what we’re building, and with your help, we can reach them.

Summer Camp has officially come to an end! 💙🏀

What an incredible week filled with smiles, laughter, encouragement, and unforgettable memories. Thank you to every athlete, volunteer, family member, and supporter who made this camp so special. Watching our athletes lift each other up, build friendships, and have fun together is what Journey League is all about. We may be a little biased, but we truly believe this is one of the greatest communities around.

A huge thank you to 4 Father’s Photo for capturing so many of the special moments from the week. These memories will be cherished for years to come.

We’ve been overwhelmed by the support we’ve received through emails and messages from those wanting to volunteer, families excited for Winter League, and everyone who has shared such kind words. Thank you for believing in our mission. Winter League will be here before we know it, so stay tuned for registration details and volunteer sign-ups. We can’t wait to welcome returning and new athletes to the court this season!
