We’re bringing the latest pre-production version of our full suspension bike. Come see it up close, ask questions, and hear where the project is headed.

Show hours:
Friday + Saturday: 9am–5pm
Sunday: 10am–4pm

While you’re at the booth, ask us about show specials — components, apparel, and a few other things worth checking out.

Come see what we’ve been building.

First look at our full-suspension platform out on singletrack - put through its paces by one of SoCal’s fastest U23 talent.

It’s been quiet since the reveal, but we haven’t stopped moving. More to see soon - catch the next chapter at MADE show, Portland this August.

This is where the riding starts.

Single pivot. Linkage driven. Flex stay rear end. Every component in this system has a specific job and nothing is there by accident.

Testing continues.

Full launch at MADE Show Portland. August 2026.

Every custom Sage starts with a conversation.

powder came to us with a vision — bold color, geometric detail, something that felt alive on the bike. We took that concept, developed the artwork, refined it together, and he had final approval on every detail.
What you’re seeing is the result of that collaboration. Wet paint with a gloss coat finish on a Skyline road build.

No two custom Sage bikes are the same. That’s the point.

DM us if you want to start your own conversation.

Three years of work. Yesterday people finally rode it. I slept well last night.
I’ve wanted to build this bike for a long time.
Three years of design, testing, and riding later — here it is.
Project FAF. Sage Titanium’s first full suspension mountain bike.
Flex stay design. Single pivot. 3D printed titanium throughout — not just accents, but structural components that define how this bike moves. Every weld, every 3D printed part, every CNC component made right here in the USA.
This isn’t a concept. It’s been ridden, tested, and refined on real trails. The official name is still coming — I need more trail time before I can name it properly.
Full launch at MADE Show, Portland. August 2026.
Worth every minute of those three years.

Most full suspension designs rely on pivots to manage compliance. We took a different approach.

Flex stay 3D printed titanium dropouts. Engineered to work with the material, not around it.
