This is what a Sage build day looks like.

A custom Storm King variant — built for a rider who wanted road manners without giving up what makes the Storm King capable off-road. The result is something in between, and entirely its own.

32” Berd Hawk Gold wheels. Schwalbe prototype gravel tires. SRAM Red and XX SL throughout. Chris King headset and bottom bracket. Hope brakes. Enve MTN fork with a custom painted fender to match. 3D printed saddle.

Every component chosen with purpose. Every detail considered.

Meet the Storm Queen.

Titanium. Handbuilt in Portland. Customized for the rider who ordered it.

This one belongs to Julieta Favela. Black to purple Cerakote fade to raw titanium, gravel build, 50mm tires on aero wheels. Built to go fast and look the part doing it.

But look closer.

A classical guitar on the top tube. A Monarch butterfly. Family initials tucked into the artwork. And where most Sage bikes carry a Made in USA badge, this one reads Hecho en México — a nod to her roots and the culture she carries with her on every ride.

No two are alike. That’s the point.

2 Sage gravel bikes. 2 different wheel sizes. 1 customer is 5’6” and the other is 6’6”. Correctly proportional for each rider. Sage customer built.

Meet the Harbinger.

Sage Titanium’s first full suspension mountain bike has a name.

Designed and built in the USA. Titanium frame. 3D printed titanium components throughout. Single pivot flex stay. Linkage driven shock.

The design has been refined. The geometry has been dialed. And this version features full custom Cerakote artwork — because a bike this personal deserves to look the part.

Every custom Sage starts with a conversation.
powder came to us with a vision — bold color, geometric detail, something that felt alive on the bike. We took that concept, developed the artwork, refined it together, and he had final approval on every detail.
What you’re seeing is the result of that collaboration. Wet paint with a gloss coat finish on a Skyline road build.

No two custom Sage bikes are the same. That’s the point.

Three years of work. Yesterday people finally rode it. I slept well last night.
I’ve wanted to build this bike for a long time.
Three years of design, testing, and riding later — here it is.
Project FAF. Sage Titanium’s first full suspension mountain bike.
Flex stay design. Single pivot. 3D printed titanium throughout — not just accents, but structural components that define how this bike moves. Every weld, every 3D printed part, every CNC component made right here in the USA.
This isn’t a concept. It’s been ridden, tested, and refined on real trails. The official name is still coming — I need more trail time before I can name it properly.
Full launch at MADE Show, Portland. August 2026.
Worth every minute of those three years.
