Back like I never left! Closing this year out one day at A time! With lots of success and failure behind me this year, I'm constantly growing. Love celebrating the physical, mental, and spiritual success. But also appreciating the failure of being mentally, physically, and spiritually great. Every failure is an opportunity to process, replay, and grow from that experience. Its an opportunity to tighten every single detail down to become and show the best of yourself.
I'm excited for this next year, but only focusing on closing this year out! The best is yet to come because of the constant evaluation that I'm putting on my body.
Finish strong with me, and allow yourself to fail so that you can celebrate every single success!
Time to go Rock this workout πͺπΎ

Had the pleasure of running into this guy today! yells my name- "NICK!, are you Nick?" I stare for 5 seconds and say "Marc..?" Security guard from Hs. It was great catching up with him.
Great to hear he is doing great in life. I never really got in trouble for skipping class, so I didn't interact with him much. Great to see he is doing well. I love seeing "where life takes us." I noticed this as he asked about certain individuals who maybe didn't make the best decisions in life.

"Damn, look at you! What exercises are you doing? Like what have you done something different?"
Me: you see what I do because I kinda annoyingly post everything I do, and I see you "liking" my workouts."
No secret movement, no secret supplement, or cardio routine. No metabolic fasting, or new fad diet. The answer is freaking hard work and frequency . Work that should make you uncomfortable if you truly want to see results. Frequency that should demand priority in life. Setting demands in your workouts that you might not be able to hit every time, but you continue to chop away at it. I LOVE making you ALL call me crazy for my workouts π―πͺπΎπ₯.

Feeling something like A machine ate today cardio workout. I almost threw up about 45 minutes in, but was able to focus and control my breathing/heart rate/and mind. So proud of myself and this body for allowing me to accomplish this. Feeling ecstatic seeing all of my clients progress through fitness. From my weight loss clients, corrective exercise, to my athletes everyone is rockin it π―.
With everything going so well,I tell myself to be thankful and calm. Not to get too excited when things are great, so that I can tell myself not to get too down when things aren't so great. Balance is the key to life- this workout has me thinking of ALL the things I want to change in my life to make me better. The things I'm not great at,I want to dive in and learn or conquer them. Never stop getting better!! @ Functional Fitness NW

Que the eye rolls! Que those motivated. Que myself feeling oh so proud!
Everyone needs affirmations! We receive them or seek them everyday. Many need these affirmations from the expensive designer brands, luxury cars, trending products they have. I'm not hating, its just not for me. I get my affirmations from how damn healthy I am, from how hard I work, and for my beautiful family. I'm so proud of my life style and what I've created. I hold myself accountable by putting myself out there for everyone to see. This holds me accountable and fulfills my health driven affirmation.
Today I conquered my 2019 running goal. 13.1 miles in under 90 minutes. I didn't expect to beat it today, but dug in when I realized how close I was to it. 88:08 πͺπΎππ½π―. Feeling Oh so great about this and looking forward to assessing new goals π @ Functional Fitness NW
