New years 7 day challenge for those who are looking to start new healthy habits.
1. 80oz of water a day. Start first thing in the morning and stay consistent throughout the day.
2. Stretch every day. Start once or twice a day for just a couple of minutes.
3. Go for at least 2 walks. Don't worry about distance yet, just get moving!
4. At least 2 home cooked meals. Doesn't have to be fancy!
5. Exercise routine. Push-ups, squats, and sit-ups. 3 sets of 10, 4 days this week. Modify as needed.
