Last night I built Everyday Fragments, an experiment to bring concepts from expanded cinema to the web. I’ve seeded it with 12 of my own animations but you can use your own video too (nothing is saved to my server, don’t worry). It was fun to see what Astra was able to do quickly and where it really struggled, but I’m pretty happy with the final outputs.

More agentic animations. These use KREA turbo (with the new SDA diversity LoRA) and Fal’s H3 Max.

Agentic animation. Lots of KREA 2 model images, sorted by embedding and then using those distance scores to generate visual rhythms.

AGENTIC CREATIVITY starts in one week! I’m so excited for this class and can’t wait to see what we build together. I’ll share how I’m using agents in my filmmaking practice, but the real goal is to work directly with you to find ways to expand or re-imagine your work. I’m also trying on line up some credits across multiple tools so that you’ll get some of your workshop fees back :) I have a few spots remaining—see my link in bio for all the info you need.
