Meet our May Member Feature Stella 🎾

At only 15 years old, Stella is already putting in the work to chase her dream of playing college tennis, and going pro one day.

A member of our AIM program, Stella trains with Coach Matt focusing on explosive movement, speed, strength, and mobility to elevate her game on the court. Her summer schedule is a structured series of training including early morning AIM training, private lessons, and hours of practice all in one day. But for Stella, the work is worth it.
When asked what drives her discipline, she replied, “I’m very competitive, and there’s always a winner in tennis.”

Since joining AIM, Stella says she’s already noticed major improvements in her speed, strength, and recovery, especially while working through several injuries from overtraining.

We’re proud to be a part of Stella’s journey and can’t wait to see what’s ahead for her. 👏
