Meet Shayla and Brian 👩‍❤️‍👨💪✨

This month's member feature is a power duo who are familiar faces in HCI's morning crew. While their fitness journeys have looked very different, they've both built a lifestyle rooted in one thing: consistency.

After surviving a life-changing medical emergency, Shayla had to relearn how to walk and talk. Her goal wasn't to be the strongest in the gym, it was simply to show up. One workout at a time, she rebuilt her confidence and her strength.

For Brian, the gym is his daily reset. Through years of discipline and consistency, he's transformed his health while proving that showing up, even on the busiest days, is always worth it.

Together, they've made fitness a priority for themselves, their family, and the example they set for their five children.

Shayla's mantra says it all:
"It's who I am. It's what I do."

Thank you, Shayla and Brian, for reminding us that the strongest habits aren't built on motivation, they're built by showing up.
