“Tavia, how do we raise self aware kids?”

And the answers always the same!
You can’t give what you don’t have.
You can’t preach what you don’t practice.
You must do and be and they will do and be.

Do your practice stillness?
Are you kind and patient with them?
Don’t expect what you can’t give
