Do you want to have fun, be energized, listen to music and move your body like you never have before? In 2010 Zumba was introduced to me by a friend. I thought going to a gym, not my thing - I preferred soccer, but I wanted to support my friend since she was the new instructor. Turns out I loved it! Its more like a party than anything, before you know it the class is over! Once I tried it I was hooked and I haven't stopped doing Zumba since! Come join the party and dance with me!
