Grab your crew and hit the trails — our all-levels Poker Ride is going down this Saturday, and you could walk (or ride) away with some rad prizes!
🗺️ Pick up your map at the shop starting 10AM
🚵♀️ Choose your loop: easy or hard — your ride, your rules
🃙 Best hand and random draws = sweet prizes
Plus, will be here showing off some of their Made For Fun machines, including the brand new Quake DH bike!

Looking for something fun to do next week? Essential Cycles are running summer camps for Adults and from what we saw last week they look like a blast! Next week only they are running an e-bike camp! We heard that if you can't make the entire week they are offering day pass options for this one!

Open to everyone! (yup, including the guys) Come meet the team at and . Don't wanna demo a bike? that's okay, we also have rides heading out from the shop around 10am, all levels are welcome and trail choices will be dependent on each group.
Want to demo a specific bike? we suggest booking ahead of time to ensure the bike of your choice is available. Just shoot Essential Cycles a quick DM and they'll get you sorted!

We'll be headed to Heritage Mountain in Mission for July 31st, which offers some great options for folks looking for easier trails & a super chill pace.

Join us this Saturday for a Women's Only Bridge Building workshop, co-hosted with Registration is open to all women, regardless of where they fall on the gender spectrum, including trans & non-binary individuals who see a women's workshop as a place where they feel comfortable.
Love the fresh scent of split cedar? Then this trail building workshop is for you! Learn why cedar is the preferred material for trail builders on the BC coast & best practices for the construction of wood structures on trail. After a morning in the classroom, we'll head to Red Mountain for hands-on instruction & to build a bridge.
