This amazing group of humans meets on Sundays (Camano Island-Movement Arts) to do yoga, dance, breathe and celebrate the joy of movement together. It uplifts my spirit to be with them.

Learn and practice regulation of your nervous system--now more important than ever! Increase your genuine vitality, move your body, breathe deeply, and relax at the end of each class. Yes, it's yoga! We begin a brand new session starting next week. Spacious and welcoming atmosphere, convenient class times. A sense of community! There is no time like the present!

Are there any Dancers in Sudden Valley? Looking to possibly bring together a group to meet, create and learn choreography and eventually perform locally. My background is in classical jazz and modern dance, with ballet roots. Reaching out to see what comes of this idea!
