We are actively trying to sell our S40, but no takers yet! With WA 360 fast approaching, starting to think it might be worth getting another round out of these pedal drives...!

Well, we made it to Ketchikan in 6 days and 6 hours! We were welcomed with candy leading to the finish line bell!

Just beautiful out here. So quiet.

We've been grateful for the stronger winds to propel us to Campbell River to enter the narrows. Thanks for all the support getting a new belt. It's a special order type thing. We'll be ok for now.
Rice n bean burritos for dinner. And dental hygiene is important even amidst all this.

⚠️ Is there anyone in Campbell River who can get us a belt drive from the store, and bring it to the dock? Or know of someone who could? 💜

The pedal drive is solid. The automobile belt drive was not.

We had some good sailing until early afternoon, then we hit the doldrums.

Pedal buddies in Active Pass

Definitely a great start day... beautiful weather, gorgeous sunset. Hoping for some more wind, but it should build early morning. We got thru the Active Pass currents, pedalling our butts off, saw some eagles fishing, and ate curry for supper.

The crew of the sailing vessel TidalWild (Race to Alaska Team Stranger Danger) is stoked to promote and support the efforts of Sound Experience and the Schooner Adventuress in their efforts to get our young people out on the waters of the Salish Sea and exposed to the maritime environment.
