We're making an effort to build core strength prior to the Race To Alaska by working with our AWESOME personal trainer and the team. Strength training has been good practice for supporting each other with some friendly competition. Here's to hoping hours in the gym help prevent injuries during the race. AND, fun memories being on our alma mater's campus where we met!

Awesome weekend of sailing preparing for the 70 miles Bham to Sucia and lots of sites between. Current practice, sail changes, crew positioning, spinnaker douses and one epic spinnaker wipeout. We might be looking for someone to bring our sailboat back from Kektchikan, AK. around July 1st or so. We're flexible on dates and would cover airfare and fuel south.

Last night we had our first Bham based (+ team fly girls) social extravaganza and potluck. Did you know Bellingham has (8) R2AK teams with either pending or completed applications in???
