We'll be doing glutes, upper back, and abs with the aid of a resistance tube. Also, keep a look out for the Loved Body blog if you're interested in some exercises with the resistance tube that you can do while travelling or when you're stuck at home unable to get to the gym (snow days, right? ;)) - I'll be putting up a post about that soon!
