Starting this Monday!!! Who’s coming?

MONDAY MORNINGS AT STRONGHER START NOW.

Tomorrow is the Grand Opening at StrongHer Studio , and I’m excited to finally share what comes next for me there.

Starting this Monday, September 14, I’ll officially be adding two classes to the regular StrongHer schedule:

9:00 AM — HIGH Fitness
10:00 AM — SOULkickboxing

You can take one or stay for both, and booking is officially OPEN. Use the QR code or booking link on the graphic to reserve your spot.

I’m intentionally starting with Monday mornings and letting this grow from there. I want to see who shows up, what you enjoy, and what days and times actually work for the women in our area before I start filling the schedule just for the sake of filling it.

And that brings me to POUND.

I would love to add POUND to the StrongHer schedule next, but I want your input first. If you’d come to POUND, tell me in the comments what DAY and TIME you’d actually be most likely to attend. Morning? Evening? Weekday? Give me specifics—I’m listening.

And if you haven't checked out StrongHer yet, come see us at the Grand Opening tomorrow! I’ll be there with short samplers of HIGH, SOULkickboxing and POUND so you can try them out before our regular schedule begins.
