Change requires you to show up. 💛

BUT… showing up doesn’t always look perfect — and we can all be a testament to that.

Client shoutout to Miss Amelia. 🫶🏼 She’s a wife, a mom to three beautiful kiddos, and a boss businesswoman. She works her tail off in every area of life, and still does her best to stay consistent with her workouts because she desires change.

Amelia came in today after a small work, sickness, and all the things induced hiatus. But instead of letting that time away discourage her, she picked back up and got to work.

And today, she saw muscle that she never used to see. 💪🏼 She excitedly said, “Seeing this reminds me why it’s important to show up.”

And honestly, that’s exactly it.

The truth is, life happens. You get tired. Plans change. You get sick. You need rest. Your routine won’t always look the way you want it to. And that’s okay.

Give yourself grace without giving up on yourself. Progress is built by consistently coming back — not by being perfect. 🥹
