Hey guys
My name is Nick Gregory. I am a trainer with j street gym. I train folks in powerlifting and first responder fitness.
For my background, I have trained with weights for years. I leaned how to lift from my dad who was a completive powerlifter for years, at a young age. I have always loved strength training and pushing weights.
I have worked as a deputy, firefighter paramedic, and now a deputy coroner. I currently work full time as a deputy coroner and train folks in my off time. I also have injures that don't allow me to train like I did before. I now what to train folks to be the best they can be.
For those who have wanted to powerlift, compete, or just know more about it I am here for you. I will teach you the methods and training to be able to move heavy weights and lift the most weight possible. I have studied and trained under several powerlifters over tthe past couple of years and I would love to teach others the methods of absolute strength.
I also teach first responder fitness and nutrition. As a first responder health is key. You don't have the right to be out of shape to be a police officer, firefighter or paramedic. People entrust they're lives in you to be there for them and perform. I will teach you muscle endurance, strength and nutrition. I will also teach you how to protect your back and knees, as they are key as a first responder and first to go bad. I have trained several police officers and firefighters in the past.
As a first responder nutrition is tough due to always being on the run, but it doesn't have to be. Checkk out my page and give me a try. I will do my best for you.
