Congrats to our first athlete to receive our Innovator of the Month award - Calean Haddock!
Caelan came to Innovative with the hope of improving her knee strength and mobility enough to return to soccer after ACL reconstructive knee surgery. She was dissatisfied with her rehab progress and not being able to be the effective player she was prior to her injury.
With the help of Innovative trainer, soccer coach and physical therapist Sal Penta along with Caelan's extreme determination she has been able to return to soccer form! Caelan performs strength and conditioning with Sal at our studio a couple times a week and commits to training on her own with the guidance of Sal, on and off the soccer field.
