Hard to believe it’s been a year already. Damon and I are healthy and strong. Kidney donation was a breeze- all I did was lay there! 🤣. It’s been an honor and a humbling experience. All things considered I would do it all over again.

Like most makers starting out, I struggle with pricing my products sold to the public. But I have a “family” price based on BLOOD 🩸 ……..if we share it, risk it together, have cried over it together, bled together, or (on very rare occasion) have spilled it together -you’re family and you get the discount.

We had a busy week last week. We did our first show ever, over the weekend, Tidefest in Gig Harbor. The response was overwhelming, I could have quadrupled my sales with more inventory. We will definitely be doing more shows in the near future.

I’m honored to make these boards for surviving families. We couldn’t do what we do without our families by our side. (It’s sad that there’s a market for these.)
Blessed are the Peaceekeepers…..
(Thank you to for doing the carves until I figure out what I’m doing.)

AUCTION UPDATE
Current high bid is $75.
Here’s the auction update/ follow-up post I’ve been promising......
First off there’s two days left to bid. I had intended to update the original post. But I also promoted it to get more attention. IG rules prohibit me from editing a promoted post. I will update in the original post comments, as well as from this post.
Second, the story behind my interest in the project. I grew up with my parents taking in foster children. Sometimes up to 6 infants and toddlers in addition to me and my bio sis. I have three sisters, two are adopted. I don’t remember a time growing up when money wasn’t an issue. I know that struggle was well worth it in hind sight, knowing the countless kids we helped that were in horrible situations. This project is just a small way we can help a family with the financial hurdles of adoption.
Feel free to ask questions about the project, my story, or anything.
If you’ve read this far, thank you!!
