Day 12 Update of my 30 Day Shred Challenge

-Ate a 1000 calorie desert cheat meal on day 7 to recharge glycogen stores.
- Still traveling to see friends
- Will be traveling next two weekends
- Still Living life
-Still having FUN
-Still Living life in All Dimensions.

When you stick to Principles, when you stick to the system. It works.

There is no guessing. And even if you didn’t eat perfect for the day, or didn’t have access to the best gym equipment, by sticking to the PRINCIPLES of the SYSTEM long-term, you know how to get and maintain your desired state of Fitness.

I go through periods of extreme fitness activity, followed by lesser activity over a period of a month or two to give my body and Central Nervous System and adrenals time to recharge back to 100%.

It’s called Strategy.

Be smart. Train Smart. Live Smart.

And most of all, have FUN. Getting in shape doesn’t have to be boring.

I’ve been around Bodybuilders and top fitness professionals. . They don’t live in Reality and they have no ethics.

There is a better Way...

My Whole Mission in this life is to Teach people how to Unleash their Minds through Conscious Awareness.

Number 1, this process starts with an extremely Clean Diet. Organic fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, lean organic meats, Spring/ Alkaline water, no preservatives or chemicals in anything you ingest or put ON your body. WHOLE FOODS and ALL-NATURAL SELF-CARE PRODUCTS!!!

Number 2, when you EAT CLEAN, you THINK CLEAN. It is much easier to control your “lower self’s” temptations and when your Mental is strong and clear through a clean diet. This new calmness and confidence allows you to harness the power of Meditation.

Meditation is a ritual you do every day to connect to your Higher Source/Self. You do it by finding a special place to sit in your house or outside (I like to do it on my yoga mat right next to my bed) and allowing your body, mind, and spirit to be absolutely STILL.

Your mind will want to wander, it will want to think about all the weak distraction stories to prevent you from being Present which are rooted in your subconscious mind. Keep bringing your Conscious Awareness back to the Present Moment. You will find moments where the Light shines through and you are able to feel a sense of Peace and Well Being in your Spirit. This is STILLNESS.

“Be Still and Know that I AM GOD.” (PSALM 46:10)

You have to let your Mind know who’s the Boss. And to be Honest, the Mind is a Mother Fuc*** to control.. So in my opinion, be as absolutely SAVAGE as you need to be in order to control it.

Number 3: TRAIN, AND TRAIN HARD. The energy and vigor you “Discover” in your body when you start to eat clean and overcome the weak mental Bull Sh*t of your Lower Self is astounding. You’ll go on walks, lift weights, do yoga, sign up for that dance class, network, build a new business; you’ll get out of your head and start doing all the things you’ve always wanted to do.

Two things you need to be concerned with on your fitness journey:

1. Do I feel Good?

2. Is this sustainable Longterm?

The biggest mistake I see people make is wanting to get fit fast. That is a recipe to lose it and then gain it right back because you didn’t allow your mindset to adjust to your new character and image of yourself.

Again, fitness and life is all mental. Your view of yourself in your mind has to match your outer reality in order for you to keep it: Alignment.

And of course, feeling Good. If you don’t feel good, if your burned out, low energy, or depressed, this is a sign for you to switch up your routine and find a better way to do fitness/life.

Life is all about strategy and long-term thinking. Plot your moves, stick to the plan, stay the course.

Most people have a disproportionate amount of desire compared to their level of self-awareness and skill.

What I mean by this, is that your desire is so great, and your skill so little, that it keeps you in the “Dreamer” stage, continuing to fantasize about your grand dreams and visions, romanticizing it, without ever making progress on your journey.

It is useful to be unrealistic in the long term, but extremely practical and realistic in your daily and quarter goals. Achieving little wins over and over again to fuel the fire of progress that will keep you satisfied for a very long period of time if you keep applying The “Principles of Winning Psychology” correctly.

Become extremely Utilitarian and Extremely Practical in your day to day approach.

Most of life is mundane with Peaks ever so often. The sooner you realize that, the sooner you will find an approach that allows you to make small gains all the time and that keep you unexpectedly satisfied with the small progress you continuously make.

In contrast, a lot of people are waiting for that “Big Day” that may never come because you keep missing all the little things that would have eventually led up to that Big Day.

When you realize this, you simply get on with life and start getting sh*t done and find out it was all about the journey of continual progress anyway. That is where True Satisfaction lies: Little Wins every Single Day.

In the Short-Term be Extremely Practical and Utilitarian.

In the Long-Term, be Fantastically Unrealistic with a Grand Picture.

This is the Perfect Balance ⚖️

Simple Eating is the Best Eating

Don’t Overcomplicate It.

It is really easy.

As a General Rule of thumb, stick to 3-4 Ingredients per Meal.

This forces you to get creative and to choose only the most Powerful Ingredients.

Also, stick to meals that you can make in 10 Minutes of Less.

When you stick to PRINCIPLES, you are able to see results over time, which is really how life works.

Etc.

Even when your cooking, you might have 3-4 foods cooking in the pot, but they are ALL 1 Ingredient foods.
