1929 Pontiac 6-29A Racer

Racer is sitting at EastGate Motors in Red Hook, New York, waiting for better weather and maybe to surprise the racing community at Lime Rock. For sure, she will visit the summer shows in the Hudson Valley when the snow melts and the sun again begins to shine.

Highway Earth Car Show was great. Do your internet search and see the great collection of cars that Evan Klein put together (again this year) for the show.

RACER will be appearing on Grand Boulevard at the Los Angeles Convention Center - LA Classic Auto Show - March 2-4, 2018. Come visit her.

No more 'girly' applications are being accepted - 'Grid Kids' to replace 'Grid Girls' at F-1 races and for the Stauber Racing Team. Daniel (and I) will be designing a lottery/merit program for our starting grid kids. We look at it as giving future champions of our sport the opportunity to stand near or along side their heros. RACER, we think, will be featured on Grand Avenue - part of the LA Classic Auto Show. It will be held on March 2-4, 2018 and is the largest 3-day indoor classic car show in the U.S. It’s where the entire classic car community comes together for a celebration of all things on wheels. LA Convention Center.

Palos Verdes Concourse on Sunday was fun. RACER was in an unjudged Class. The event was at the Torrance Airfield and the cars were shown near vintage airplanes. Ben (Kaplan), Dan and I (and RACER) made some new friends.

RACER has been invited to participate in the Palos Verdes Concours on October 1 - Special Racing Class - She will be ready.

Green Wings was not accepted for Father's Day on Rodeo - we think it will be only the newer elegant cars. So we blocked off Rodeo and took her down the street flat out - and lone.

Farmers Market - the Gilmore Heritage Auto Show [June 3 - 11am-5pm] celebrates the power and style 1957. 100 plus breathtaking classic cars will be on display. Although RACER (1929 Ponitiac 6-29A) has a boat tail, she has been invited to join those other tail fin beauties and other relevant cars of all ages. RACER is off the beauty shop to be shined up.
