We’re diving into summer fun — join us for our Opening Weekend at the pool!
May 24-26: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
May 27-30: 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM (Wibit Day on May 30)
May 31 - Aug. 13: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Weekends),
11:30 AM - 8:30 PM (M-F)

Daily admission is for Bexley residents and guests of a resident or pool member. Memberships can still be purchased online at bexleyrec.com.

Upcoming Events:
Preschool Splash (May 27-29, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM):
Free for parents; $3 for non-member children under 5.

Adult Swim (May 27-29, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM):
Free for members; $3 for non-member guests.

Open Swim Wibit Days (Inflatable Obstacle Course for Ages 6+):
May 30, June 15, July 3, and Aug. 14.

*Members 10 and under have a special photo taken to indicate they cannot enter the pool without adult supervision (16+).

As we are in our final week of the pool, please note the open swim hours schedule below. Due to the extreme heat, we were able to secure staff to make Wednesday an open swim day from 430 - 800pm!

Final Open Swim Days This Week: 430 - 800pm

Final Saturday Morning Lap Swim: Aug. 31 (700 - 830am)

Labor Day Weekend (Aug. 31, Sept. 1, 2): Hours will be 1100a - 800p (Sept. 2 - final day for the pool!)

Paws in the Pool: Tuesday, Sept. 3 - registration required at www.bexleyrec.com.

TODAY, July 2 - Leisure Pool will open at 12:30pm! The rest of the pool will open at the normal time of 11:30am.

The Leisure Pool will be closed for the first hour of the day due to a f***l incident yesterday later in the evening. Due to the timing of the notification, we had to shock the leisure pool overnight, which means that we need an additional hour to get the chlorine levels back down to safe swimming levels.

We apologize for this inconvenience, but thank you for your understanding.

Private Swim lesson info:
We offer interested swim coaches and instructors the opportunity to provide private and semi-private lessons during open swim hours, either as individual classes or as part of discounted bundles of 2, 5, or 10 lessons. The pricing varies depending on the lesson package chosen. Availability for assignments may be limited, but you can request a specific instructor or coach if you have made prior arrangements to work together.
Each lesson lasts for 30 minutes. For one-on-one lessons for multiple children, the rate for 1 Child applies to each child requiring private lessons. The pricing for 2, 3, and 4 Children covers semi-private lessons, where the 30-minute session includes 2, 3, or 4 children simultaneously.
To inquire about private lessons, visit the front desk during open swim hours or fill out our inquiry form. Registration for private swim lessons is not available online or over the phone.

Pool Membership sales are now open at a price nearly equivalent to the cost of the initial pool entry. Here are the rates:
Individuals (Ages 1 - 54) - $50 each
Senior Individual (55+) - $40 each
Family Plus 1 (sitter) - $100

Due to the continued Air Quality Alert and in the interest of the safety of the pool staff and patrons, we will be closing the Bexley Pool at 5:00 pm today, Thursday, June 29th.
Based on the higher level today and the cumulative impact of exposure from yesterday and today, we believe it is best to close early today to limit any exposure for our staff.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Due to the cold weather and more rain coming, all swim lessons are cancelled for today.

Make-ups for this day will be Friday, June 16 at the same time.
