If you’re not making a face like you’re 💩ing your pants or becoming possessed by a demon while doing your working sets then you might need to try a little harder 🤔. Being honest with yourself isn’t as easy as it sounds. We easily lie to ourselves about our abilities, physically and mentally. We build walls up and then stay within those walls. I think we are all made for more. Not in just physical activity but in other aspects of life as well. We all tend to have aversion to things that make us uncomfortable and things that make us struggle. However; if we are honest with ourselves I think we can find a greater joy by choosing a life that pushes us to be okay in the discomfort and the unknown so that we can truly find how far we can go.
