Finally have some time to post an update on our Canada race trip. We drove to Flatlanders Speedway in Saskatchewan for the CanAm Clash this past weekend. A fun adventure at an awesome facility with a lot of new friends. Hope to get a chance to race there again in the future.

In the end came up short to win the big race on Sunday, but still a successful trip. Even got to drink a couple glasses of Sask milk on the front stretch after the race.

One of the Ghost Speed Promotions group from Big Sky Speedway, Travis is bringing his wicked fast Wagner Racing #3 north of the border for the first time!

SaskMilk Legen-Dairy Legends duke it out at Flatlanders Speedway this weekend, Saturday at 5 and Sunday at 1!

Weekend Racing Recap! [After a long mid-season break]

Night 1 Big Sky Speedway
Midwest Mod first feature win! Started outside pole with a great handling car and lead the majority of the laps. Legend we had some struggles with handling and finished fourth.

Night 2 Big Sky Speedway
Rainout

Night 3 Sheridan Speedway
First and only Legend race hosted at the speedway this year. Made the road trip with Ghost Speed Promotions and Magic City Legends. We made some suspension changes with the help of our crew chief (Svetlana), lead all of the feature but the last lap to finish second.

This week we'll be preparing to race the Legend and Midwest Mod at Big Sky Speedway for the Hample Memorial double header.

Modified getting a final inspection from the crew chief.

Racing update! Our Canada trip got rescheduled to August due to rain and this past weekend was the Mountain States Modified Tour at Big Sky Speedway (and Sheridan but we weren’t able to attend).

Fri June 12
Legends Heat P2 => P1
Legends Feature P2 => P1
Mod Heat P8 => P5
Mod Feature P17 => P10

Threat of rain but the track was excellent. Got the entire show completed before weather moved in and soaked everything.

Sat June 13
Legends Heat P4 => P1
Legends Feature P2 => P1
Mod Heat P5 => P2
Mod Feature P8 => P15

Some excitement in the mod feature, running in the top 10 but accidentally spun to avoid a car and was sent back to 25th. Managed to get back up to 15th but ran out of time to gain back the rest of the positions. In the rush of running two classes I forgot to charge my camera so we’re missing footage from that night. But here’s my mod heat race:
