Different ages, different goals, same commitment to taking care of themselves.
Friday we had our youth class in, focusing on movement, coordination, and building confidence early. Teaching these kids how to move well and enjoy being active is something that matters more than people realize.
Saturday we had our senior wellness group come through, proving that strength has no age limit. Consistency, effort, and taking care of your body doesn’t stop at any stage of life.
Grateful for the members who show up and the trainers who make this all run the way it does.

I get to see strong moms every single day and it’s unreal what they carry. Balancing work, kids, life, and still finding a way to show up for themselves is no small thing. Then you have moms like Hunter who show up five days a week, put the work in, and bring Logan so he can watch what a strong mom looks like. That kind of example sticks.
I don’t think moms get nearly enough credit for the mental and physical load they carry, and then to still push themselves in the gym on top of it is a different level of strength. It’s not just about the workouts, it’s about what they’re teaching their kids without even realizing it. If you’re a mom doing this, just know people see it. It’s impressive as hell and it matters more than you probably think.
