Who do you know that could use some laughter therapy?
Cardiac rehab benefits from a good hearty laugh. Attitude is huge in recovery. Being able to laugh and release some of that stress is very important to get the benefit in their everyday life and be able to lighten up. Overall it improves outcomes.

Meet our new Yoga and Tai Chi Instructor.
Janna is a Yoga and Tai Chi instructor, certified through the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Her training includes the AFAA Yoga Teacher Workshop in 2014, ACE-approved PaddleYoga Teacher Training in 2015, and Tai Chi for Arthritis advanced training in 2016. She has been teaching since 2012.
Her yoga classes focus on slow, mindful movement, breathing control, and safe body alignment. A Yoga or Tai Chi class with Janna will leave you feeling energized and relaxed. Over time, you will enjoy more core strength, greater mobility, more stable joints, better balance, and less overall stress.

[02/17/17] Last night's Pilates class was great. Never having done Pilates before, I felt completely comfortable with the new moves, thanks to Cathy Lipski's excellent instruction and options for multilevel challenges. It was a "body sculpting" focus and we worked our whole body!
[01/28/17] So, this week I tested out Cathy Lipski's HIIT class. She does an amazing job of teaching to all levels. I was able to complete the workout without putting stress through my problem joints, as were several other people in the class. At the same time, there were some who jumped, squatted, and did push ups with joy! We worked to our target heart rates, had fun, and felt the pain! Thank you Cathy! Room for a few more before the class is full!!
