"I am so proud of myself today. I completed the challenge - to go to 3+ classes a week. Although I had to change up my planned barre schedule constantly, I still got the days in & got those ๐Ÿ‘ stickers! There were days when I wasnโ€™t feeling my best & used light weights & spent way more time than I wouldโ€™ve liked in childโ€™s pose, & there were days like yesterday & today when I rocked the heaviest weights & let my body buuuuurn ๐Ÿ”ฅ
