May have missed April’s dump but we’re back on schedule…

⭐️started a new format of workouts (3 weeks of intense work w one week of recovery)

⭐️nutrition is going strong starting to see results in clothes 🤩

(Feeling good in jeans for the first time in a long time)

June’s goals:

Can I drink my superfood shake with this view and pretty sky everyday? Please and thanks!

Loving how my superfood shake turned out today! The key to make sure I reach my goals everyday!

Packed with protein, vitamins and antioxidants (+ so much more), it provides support as I exercise daily to reach healthy results!

This has also been a game changer by keeping me fuller for longer especially since I tend to snack during the evening while I do homework.

✨your Monday motivation to just start ✨

It doesn’t have to be perfect
You don’t have to be good at it
It doesn’t have to be complicated

It just has to happen TODAY!

Because once you do you won’t look back!

You may not like where are now, but trust me it’s brighter on the other side.

Time, patience and consistency, and good support (me!) are all you need to break the inertia.

Heading into week 4 of my lifting program and I’m seeing the change! (Hello shredded arms 😉)

Don’t stand in your way! You have so much potential to make the change!

1. Completed 2️⃣ programs! One boxing program which was absolutely challenging and another 4 week program with two of my favorite trainers!

2. Celebrated two years on this journey and getting stronger as I make progress!

3. I’m looking to reignite my accountability group in August and this is your chance to make YOU a priority!

6 weeks later and another program conquered! 🥊

The feeling of accomplishment after finishing a challenging program is unbeatable!

But it’s also the perfect time to think ahead and set goals for the future.

I’m headed into a recovery/prep week for a new program I’m starting June 6th!

Going back to my favorite to continue making progress in my journey & I want you to join!

4 week program alternating between 🔥 intense workouts and 🌊 recovery/mobility and it’s everything you need to kickstart your journey!

Healthy moms create healthy lives

Today I am grateful for my mom who chose to make the forever lifestyle change and lead us to healthy lives.

Moms, you may think that us kids aren’t watching you, but we are.

We watch when you take your health in your hands.

We watch when you find something you love and live it to the fullest.

We make decisions with your voice in our heads. “What would mom think?” Trust me. It happens all of the time.

So moms, take a step for YOURSELF with OUR voices in your head.

Find a tribe of strong, like-minded moms who come together and grow.

A tribe of women that show up for their health even if it means losing 30 minutes of sleep. Or having their kids run around and making a mess while she works out. Or having to create kid-friendly recipes for her picky eaters. They still show up day in and day out. No excuses.

Why? Because as a daughter, we are watching you show us that it’s possible to balance a family, a job and our health. We don’t have to give one up for the other.

That’s the best lesson I have learned watching my mom and all of other strong moms in our community.

So if you have been hesitant in taking your health first, don’t be. There are plenty of others who have done the same and have accomplished.

So much going on this week…

📚Finals
📝Last week of school for the semester
🏠Last full week of living/working out in my little dorm room 🥹

But 1 thing that’s not changing?

The consistency towards my workout routine & eating healthy!

So much happens during our daily lives but we don’t quit our responsibilities. Why do we take a break from our health?

Shouldn’t we use times like this to lean in and make real progress?

Just a thought!
