Another week to build strength, endurance, and mental toughness. Letâs get after it! đđ„
đč Monday â Heavy Strength + Aerobic Maintenance
Squats, Deadlifts, and Weighted Pull-Ups to push strength, plus steady-state cardio to keep the engine running.
đč Tuesday â Threshold Training + Plyometrics
800m repeats to build endurance + explosive power with box jumps, sled pushes, and unilateral work.
đč Wednesday â Light Strength + Steady-State Cardio
Lighter Front Squats, Romanian Deadlifts, and Overhead Press for strength endurance, followed by a controlled Zone 2 run.
đč Thursday â Active Recovery (Mobility & Stretching)
Hips, hamstrings, shoulders. Move with intention. Reset and recover.
đč Friday â Sandbag Functional HIIT + Endurance
Full-body sandbag circuit to test grit and functional strength, with steady-state cardio in the evening.
đč Saturday â Long Run + Functional Conditioning
Zone 2 long run to build endurance + an AMRAP finisher with sandbag work and burpees.
đč Sunday â Rest + Light Active Recovery
Nature walk, recovery jog, or foam rolling. Stay moving, stay loose.
