Big win for U14 in the first round of playoffs — 15-14 over Vestavia! 💪🔥 Proud of these girls for battling hard and finishing strong to get the W.

Tight game last night, but the U14 girls came out on top with a 9–8 win over Vestavia. Great finish and solid teamwork to close it out.

Great night for Oak Mountain Girls Lacrosse! Both U12 and U14 teams came away with wins, with strong teamwork and grit on the field. Well played by all!

U14 showed up and showed out at our home opener against Homewood! Great start to the season!

We’re excited to announce that starting Sunday, October 27th, we’ll be hosting open lacrosse practices for all levels, K-12, at Heardmont (field behind stadium scoreboard) from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM every Sunday.

These sessions are a great opportunity for players to sharpen their skills leading into the spring season. The practices will be designed to challenge each player at their own level, with personalized coaching to ensure steady improvement. It’s the perfect chance to stay game-ready, build confidence, and refine key skills. Feel free to bring friends who might be interested in trying the sport as well!

We encourage everyone to join, whether you’re new to lacrosse or a seasoned player.
