I have written a bunch of stuff over the past 4 or 5 years. Some pretty good, some not so good.
I am a sarcastic guy. Quick wit...sarcasm, is my love language. One of the things I've written is riddled with my love. Language. Paired with one of my favorite topics to discuss...being a good leader.
You Might Be A Bad Boss was so fun to write. Every time I post it again, I get a ton of downloads. Which tells me that others value the way I shared valuable tips. Or...they just wanted to get a laugh.
Either way, mission accomplished.
I have gotten a few calls to update the guide. Folks have shared some of their bad boss stories. So much to add. If you've got a leadership or management tip, let me know. I'll include it in my revision.

Over 70% of entrepreneurs work more than 40 hours per week.
Can you relate?
This is one of the toughest parts about being self employed.
So many things to do, and so little time to do them…
Have you ever considered that you may want to improve your time management skills?
Here’s a little tip:
Give up multitasking entirely.
Working on two things simultaneously is a great way to finish neither.
Instead, make a list of priorities and focus on completing those one by one.
Turn off your phone while you're working and respond to those emails at the end of the day.
You’ll be amazed at how your productivity skyrockets :)

We recently dealt with a client who was a limousine driver.
Before coming to us, he had been working for 25 years… And never had a single customer.
We thought it was a shame – spending all that time, and having nothing to chauffeur it ;)

“Come get your fresh lemonade, now mixed with mom’s spicy water from the top shelf!”
For some, entrepreneurialism is a natural trait which develops very early in life.
