👏 COACH SPOTLIGHT: Welcome Coach Garrett Wheeler! 👏

Garrett began tumbling at just 9 years old, primarily self-taught before joining a cheer gym at age 10. With 8 years of competitive cheerleading experience across Levels 1–6, Garrett brings a strong background and passion for the sport to our program. 💪

His accomplishments include:
⭐ 4 years of collegiate cheerleading at The University of Southern Mississippi
⭐ Former Recruitment Coordinator for Southern Miss Cheer
⭐ 3 years of coaching All-Star cheerleading
⭐ Top 5 finalist at NCA Nationals and CHEERSPORT Nationals
⭐ The U.S. Finals Champion
⭐ The ONE Finals Grand Champion

We are excited to welcome Coach Garrett to the ACE family and cannot wait for our athletes to learn and grow under his leadership! ❤️

🌟 COACH SPOTLIGHT: Welcome Coach Josh Olson! 🌟

We are so excited to officially welcome Coach Josh back to the ACE Tribe as an elite tumble coach, also offering private lessons! ❤️

Coach Josh has 20 years of experience in cheerleading and gymnastics, from launching a boys gymnastics program in Prattville to competing at both the University of Hawaii and the University of Alabama — where he helped win a UCA College National Championship in 2011 🏆

Throughout his career, Josh has coached and led successful programs across Alabama and Georgia, including serving as Gym Manager at ACE of Tuscaloosa and opening ACE of the River Region and ACE of Auburn. His passion for athlete development, leadership, and the sport makes him an incredible addition to our Birmingham family! 💪

We are beyond excited for the impact Coach Josh will have on our athletes and program. Welcome home, Coach Josh! 🫶🏻🔥

Summit 2026 — what an incredible weekend 👏❗️

Our Tribe had an unforgettable time at The Summit 2026 Championship! We are beyond proud of Braves 💘 and Apaches 🏈 for their incredible performances and for finishing as Summit finalists on one of the biggest stages in all-star cheerleading 🏔️💫

Both teams have grown so much throughout the 2025–2026 season, showing grit, resilience, and heart — and above all, LOVE ❤️

While it’s never easy to close out a season like this, we’re so excited for what’s ahead as we keep climbing toward the top at ACE of Birmingham 🫶🏻🔥

We’re SO proud of our Xenas 👠, Raiders 🎪, and Chattahoochees 🍭 for closing out the season with a bang—each team bringing home a first place title to finish an unforgettable year!
