This has been an extremely hard decision, but we feel that it is the right thing to do this year. We hope that each of you remain safe and healthy during this time. If you have made hotel reservations, please make sure to cancel them as soon as possible.

We look forward to seeing you again in 2021 and hope to have meeting dates soon.

Providers please make sure that you are reviewing your Audit\277ca reports for Palmetto. We have had a few offices where their entire batche rejected. The fix is easy, email [email protected] if you have not received a 277ca report back from Palmetto and you transmitted Friday 2/23.

Dear PC-ACE Providers,

We have been receiving an overwhelming amount of calls with questions & concerns regarding the Medicare JJ Transition to Palmetto.
Ability is making changes for the January 2018 release (3.7, quarterly update) that will support the Medicare migration to the Palmetto build. We have yet to receive all the details of what will be needed. However, if you are receiving this email you should not apply for early boarding during the remainder of 2017. It will be a much smoother transition if you wait until the January 2018 release is available before early boarding. For now, please hold tight and DO NOT apply for early boarding.

As soon as I know any new information I will pass it along.
