The PMI Central Alabama Chapter is based in Birmingham, Alabama, USA and is home to over 600 members who are interested in the Project Management discipline. We provide education and training opportunities at reduced rates to members, assistance with attainment of the PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification, and numerous networking and informational sessions.

We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Tracey Morant Adams will serve as the keynote speaker for Professional Development Day 2026.

A nationally respected executive and civic leader, Dr. Morant Adams leads Renasant Bank's social impact strategy and oversees its $10.3 billion Community Benefits Plan. Her distinguished career spans banking, economic development, education, government, and community leadership.

Before joining Renasant Bank, she served as Executive Director of Economic Development for the City of Birmingham, helping secure more than $1.15 billion in capital investment while supporting the creation and retention of thousands of jobs.

Her keynote will set the stage for a day focused on leadership, growth, innovation, and community impact.
