In October 2010, Dianne Davis rode 1,132 miles for education. This year, you can share the experience! Welcome to the The Tour de Lectura ("Tour for Reading").
This adventure-based bicycle ride starts in Birmingham, Alabama and reaches all the way to Piedras Negras, Mexico. Money raised from the Tour de Lectura will benefit the Land and Hope Preschool and New Hope Library of Constructores Para Cristo (CPC), a non-profit organization working to improve education & break the cycle of poverty along the U.S.-Mexico border.
