Watch this video you can literally see the changes that he went through.
•Built a State Champion in 3 months.
•Started with not being able to break 60secs in a 400 to running a 6 sec personal best.
•Stride pattern from 6’2 to 6’10 +
•Struggled with 35 sec 200’s to avg 28’s
•It works but guess why it takes? BELIEF
•You also got to have that Dog in you!

My guy!!! Showed up and showed out. Went toe to toe with an 4:30 miler and got 2nd 🥈 in the 800
Then came back and got 🥇 in the 400 out of lane 8 in the slow heat!!! 💥 🤯
He is excited for his next race.
