At The Oha, each session is intentionally reserved and prepared with care for your healing experience.
Because we offer a limited number of appointments each week, we kindly ask for respect around scheduling.

Please Note

* All appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.
* No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
* Arriving late may shorten your session time so we may honor the next scheduled guest.

Your reserved time is held specifically for you.

This is your space to wake up gently, move intentionally, and reconnect to your breath, strength, and clarity.
We blend therapeutic yoga, somatic movement, and mindful flow to open the body and center the nervous system.
