Softball spotlight: Samantha Hettinger, a graduate of Bismarck High School, is a sophomore academically and a freshman athletically. A utility player, she is a strong hitter and has a high softball IQ. With her positive attitude and work ethic on and off the field we will look to her as a leader for on the team.

Fastpitch Softball Spotlight: Kassidy Duttenhefner is an outstanding pitcher from Bismarck, ND, where she earned a spot on the ND all-star team. Kassidy is a sophomore academically and a freshman athletically. We are excited to have her on the roster for the return of fastpitch to BSC. Her dedication to the classroom and athletics, and her hard-working attitude is what makes Kassidy a leader on and off the field.

Meet 2020 West All-Star Emma Barta from Bismarck High Fastpitch Softball! Her favorite softball memory was winning WDA catching her sister Jaime during Emma's freshman year and then getting to the state championship. Emma plans to play college softball at Butler Community College and major in psychology. Her sister Jaime was an all-star in 2017.

Their character, hard work and leadership will be engraved in our softball family, our schools, and our community!!! The sky is the limit for these four “can’t miss” seniors.
