🏈Next up in our “Meet Your BYF Board” series is our Treasurer and Secretary, Alicia Gonzalez!! 💙
Alicia has been involved with BYF since 2018 and has served on the board for the past 7 years. While her official titles may be Treasurer and Secretary, anyone who has been around BYF knows that Alicia’s role goes far beyond what’s listed on paper.😅
She is one of those people who is always willing to jump in, figure something out, help wherever she’s needed, and somehow always seems to be the person everyone goes to when they need something. 😂 She does so much behind the scenes to help keep this program moving, and honestly, BYF would not be where it is today without her.
Alicia is an incredible asset to this organization, and although she probably won’t give herself nearly enough credit, we are so incredibly grateful for everything she does for our kids, our families and our program. 💙

“Making a positive impact on kids’ lives and giving them the opportunity to be a part of something bigger than themselves. Helping them learn teamwork, discipline, responsibility, confidence and what it means to never give up.”
😂 Fun fact about me:
My phone is probably dead, my gas tank is probably on E, and somehow I’m still the person everyone calls when they need something!
❤️ A little more about me:
I have three children. My oldest daughter is 17 and has helped coach with BYF, participates in competitive dance and is a Devilette. My son is 14, participates in motocross and has his own mowing business. My youngest daughter is 12 and stays busy with youth dance, basketball, softball, school cheer and competitive dance!
We are so lucky to have Alicia as part of our BYF family. She gives so much of herself to this program, often quietly and behind the scenes, and we hope she knows just how much she is appreciated. Thank you for everything you do, Alicia! 💙🏈
