Thinking about trying yoga?
Maybe you've always been curious but feel like you don't know enough to walk into a class. Maybe you're not flexible. Maybe you have no idea what half the poses are called. Or maybe you've tried yoga before and just want to slow down and build a foundation.
September is a great time to start in our beginner-focused yoga classes.
All month long, our Tuesday 7 PM class will be Yoga for Beginners β a welcoming space to learn the basics, ask questions, explore modifications, and get comfortable moving, breathing, and being on your mat.
And if getting down on the floor isn't your thing, join us Thursday at lunch for Chair Yoga for Beginners. You can still stretch, strengthen, move and breathe without ever needing to get on the floor.
If Aerial Yoga is what sparks your interest, all of our classes are beginner-friendly, but Thursdays at 10 AM are a great place to start. Weβll slow things down, learn the basics, and help you get comfortable in the hammock. The hammock isnβt just for flying β itβs a supportive apparatus that can help with balance, stretching, strength, and exploring movement in ways you may not be able to on the ground. No aerial experience needed β just come ready to try something new!
You don't need to bring anything, mats and all other equipment are provided. Just come in comfortable clothing for moving and be ready to exhale!
September might just be the month you discover that yoga is for you. β¨
