Just wanted to share some thoughts on the team page about my training experience and the My Transphormation app...

I started in June, working out 3 days a week and have now moved up to 4 days, and it has been nothing but a positive experience! It took me a few months to realize, and also listen to Betty, about how important eating the right things, in the right amount makes all the difference! I am smarter and stronger than I have been since my twins (who are now 4.5 yrs old).☺️

The My Transphormation app has been super helpful in tracking and helping me understand what works and what doesn’t work to meet my daily eating goals. It also provides support , suggestions and workouts to keep you on track. Highly recommend!

I look forward to more weight loss, building my strength and just becoming a better version of myself!

233 days and still going.....I didn’t get like the picture on the left overnight and I knew it wouldn’t change that fast either.....it was a lot of eating and drinking and not working out. It took a picture to wake me up and the right person telling me what to do and how to do it and then me committing completely to be the person I knew I could be and wanted to be. Stay with me because I’m not done and if you haven’t started yet join me - I love doing this with others and having the accountability of others as well. Listen , I’m not super motivated , slacking in working out and good eating habits etc I’m way over weight but damn I want this so bad !

She always encourages me!

I wish more people would participate in her live videos , making posts on here and commenting etc.... to encourage and help each other ..... to know I’m not the only one that slips up ... skips workouts and to know someone will be cheering when I do a workout or go a week eating well ..... people that just get it !!!

What a difference does 75 days make????
Day 1 pictures made me cry....I had worked so hard then completely fell off and was eating and drinking whatever I wanted and not working out at all. So for the past 75 days I was definitely watching what I ate and also didn’t drink as much but I still wasn’t working out....yes we all know I wanted the peloton but wasn’t a big fan....looking at these pictures showed me what I am capable of and makes me want more....so as I’ve stated I am ironically doing #75hard and super excited to see what the next set of results brings....I am definitely someone who once I see the changes it just motivates me more....so the peloton and I have become friends again and I am ready .....#75hard @nomoreexcusesyesyoucan @1stphorm

Unfortunately I had to have a medical procedure which required a day and a half of prepping which didn't allow me to meet my macros and had to have some things not in my nutrition plan. The day of I was under anesthesia so I was out for the whole day afterwards.

Next day we got hit with Hurricane 🌀 Ida, today that is, and well town sewer backed up and water all over the basement. Thankfully our damage was nothing compared to others but we were up cleaning for hours. So when I say shit happens it does. So we move on, we are safe thats  what counts.

I am grateful to be able to do this challenge. 1st time I did it I didn't know what to expect. This time around although I know what to expect, it is still different. I feel different and obviously different obstacles will happen.

At the end its all about me vs me and I love every moment of it. I shared these pics because this is part of what I have to see everyday 1st thing in the morning and it's a reminder of where I was and where I am heading.

This guy, he's been doing amazing! Super proud of him for sticking to the plan!

He came to me over 2 months ago and was telling me how he was doing a certain plan but it just wasn't working for him. I told him he didn't need to deprive himself, to give my method a try. We set up his macros based on his goals. He started to workout which was something he also was not doing.
.
Here we are 51 days later and 13.9lbs down! He's even added some extra physical activities and feels great!

Fitness: What does it mean to you?
.
It means health, strength, sturdiness, hardiness, athleticism, toughness, ruggedness, physical, muscularity, tone, 🅶🅾🅾🅳 🅷🅴🅰🅻🆃 , good condition, good shape, well-being.
.
How have 1stphorm supplements helped me when it comes to fitness? Well, This is a lifestyle. My family is my lifestyle. So what does that mean?
.
This means that these supplements have helped not only me but my family is so many different ways. Because fitness means so many things.
.
Starting from my little one, who enjoys her M-factor because why wouldn't we want our kids taking a multivitamin to help fill in those gaps. Helping build her immune system. Helping her brain and muscles develop. If I am creating a healthy lifestyle, why wouldn't I be creating it for her?
.
My oldest daughter is vegetarian and the vegan power pro has helped her get her day started because she is not a breakfast person so having a shake 1st thing has helped her be able to function, not only that but she doesn't like vegetables so this has helped fill those gaps too.
.
Now myself and the wifey, we have been using Level-1 for years! Its one of our main go to protein source. We have been using it in our coffee for years to help get our bodies into anabolic state 1st thing in the morning. We use it as a meal replacement, snack, and dessert. Protein is so important in our daily nutrition and we don't usually eat enough of it through whole foods. Joint supplements, again something our bodies lack especially as we get older!
.
So what all these supplements, even some not mentioned above, do is fill in nutritional gaps that we lack through whole foods. I don't eat enough fish, enough protein, or enough greens to get the required amounts for my goals. I don't know anyone who does. Finding a good quality source of supplementing is not easy either. I am thankful to have found these for sure 👍 and to be able to share it with my family so they too live a healthier life.
