Hitting a few bumps on the road already but staying strong

Not as strong as I'd like to be just yet but DEFINITELY stronger than I've been and that is an accomplishment

This book is helping me understand the meaning of creating habits, habits that will lead to a better me.




Flex Friday , Fresh Friday for me today. Starting 75hard again today, was on day 10 and didn't complete all the tasks so taking accountability for myself and need to start over.

It's ok because this is where mental toughness comes in, accepting that I failed and just have to start over and be honest with myself. Not be weak about it and give up. No we just pick up where we left off.

Don't let one bad day carry over


May not seem like much but it's a lot to me

Motivation Monday, 1st week on 75hard, but more importantly 1st week in a very long time of taking care of myself. Eating right, exercising, no alcohol, stressing less. All this is going to help me get where I want to be. All this is making me feel 1000X better mentally and physically.

All this and down 2lbs the 1st week. Now hear me out, 1st week maybe even 2nd week will be big victories, like 2lbs, 4lbs even more, but remember this the normal healthy weight loss is about a 1lb a week. What you need to do is take progress pictures. I instill this with everyone, because you will see the difference is pictures that you don't see on a scale. This is another thing that you will do within the app. Weekly progress pics.

Again if you haven't entered the challenge, you actually have till midnight today to enter and all you have to do is submit your photos today. Noone but your advisor sees your photos unless YOU share them so no worries there. Let me know if you have any questions

Let's talk progress

Progress comes in different forms. Progress can be seen in your pics, it can be felt in your clothes, it can be seen on the scale, can be felt in your health. You see where I am going here?

Do not get discouraged in any way if the scale doesn't show what YOU want to see. You have to see the bigger picture.

There is literally 1lb difference in these pics, and I can totally see the difference especially in the belly area and my BACK! GEEZ! I love it of course. But I don't even know if I believe the scale but that's why I go on how I feel, how my clothes fit. The scale is just a number that can be off.
My point here is to look at the big picture, take pics and don't base your results on numbers, because you will never be happy if you are doing it for that reason. If you are doing the work and changing your habits, keep doing it.

I am grateful to be able to do this challenge. 1st time I did it I didn't know what to expect. This time around although I know what to expect, it is still different. I feel different and obviously different obstacles will happen.

At the end its all about me vs me and I love every moment of it. I shared these pics because this is part of what I have to see everyday 1st thing in the morning and it's a reminder of where I was and where I am heading.
