I am grateful to be able to do this challenge. 1st time I did it I didn't know what to expect. This time around although I know what to expect, it is still different. I feel different and obviously different obstacles will happen.

At the end its all about me vs me and I love every moment of it. I shared these pics because this is part of what I have to see everyday 1st thing in the morning and it's a reminder of where I was and where I am heading.

This guy, he's been doing amazing! Super proud of him for sticking to the plan!

He came to me over 2 months ago and was telling me how he was doing a certain plan but it just wasn't working for him. I told him he didn't need to deprive himself, to give my method a try. We set up his macros based on his goals. He started to workout which was something he also was not doing.

Here we are 51 days later and 13.9lbs down! He's even added some extra physical activities and feels great!

How have 1stphorm supplements helped me when it comes to fitness? Well, This is a lifestyle. My family is my lifestyle. So what does that mean?

This means that these supplements have helped not only me but my family is so many different ways. Because fitness means so many things.

Starting from my little one, who enjoys her M-factor because why wouldn't we want our kids taking a multivitamin to help fill in those gaps. Helping build her immune system. Helping her brain and muscles develop. If I am creating a healthy lifestyle, why wouldn't I be creating it for her?

My oldest daughter is vegetarian and the vegan power pro has helped her get her day started because she is not a breakfast person so having a shake 1st thing has helped her be able to function, not only that but she doesn't like vegetables so this has helped fill those gaps too.

Now myself and the wifey, we have been using Level-1 for years! Its one of our main go to protein source. We have been using it in our coffee for years to help get our bodies into anabolic state 1st thing in the morning. We use it as a meal replacement, snack, and dessert. Protein is so important in our daily nutrition and we don't usually eat enough of it through whole foods. Joint supplements, again something our bodies lack especially as we get older!

So what all these supplements, even some not mentioned above, do is fill in nutritional gaps that we lack through whole foods. I don't eat enough fish, enough protein, or enough greens to get the required amounts for my goals. I don't know anyone who does. Finding a good quality source of supplementing is not easy either. I am thankful to have found these for sure ๐ and to be able to share it with my family so they too live a healthier life.

I started this page so that you can all see that it can be done. With kids, no kids, job, no job. No more excuses. If you really want something then you will do what it takes to get it done. Its called goals and a plan. Doesn't matter where you are in your fitness journey , you can do whatever you set your mind to.
