Just wanted to share some thoughts on the team page about my training experience and the My Transphormation app...
I started in June, working out 3 days a week and have now moved up to 4 days, and it has been nothing but a positive experience! It took me a few months to realize, and also listen to Betty, about how important eating the right things, in the right amount makes all the difference! I am smarter and stronger than I have been since my twins (who are now 4.5 yrs old).☺️
The My Transphormation app has been super helpful in tracking and helping me understand what works and what doesn’t work to meet my daily eating goals. It also provides support , suggestions and workouts to keep you on track. Highly recommend!
I look forward to more weight loss, building my strength and just becoming a better version of myself!

233 days and still going.....I didn’t get like the picture on the left overnight and I knew it wouldn’t change that fast either.....it was a lot of eating and drinking and not working out. It took a picture to wake me up and the right person telling me what to do and how to do it and then me committing completely to be the person I knew I could be and wanted to be. Stay with me because I’m not done and if you haven’t started yet join me - I love doing this with others and having the accountability of others as well. Betty has over 100 followers here that’s so amazing she’s so awesome at what she does ! And she’s not getting paid for this ....wow what a great person right ?
Her live videos are helpful .... more of you should try to tune in ! I always learn from her !
Listen , I’m not super motivated , slacking in working out and good eating habits etc I’m way over weight but damn I want this so bad !
She always encourages me!
I wish more people would participate in her live videos , making posts on here and commenting etc.... to encourage and help each other ..... to know I’m not the only one that slips up ... skips workouts and to know someone will be cheering when I do a workout or go a week eating well ..... people that just get it !!!
We are in this together and i know for sure that I would get more out of this group if more people shared/ participated !

What a difference does 75 days make????
Day 1 pictures made me cry....I had worked so hard then completely fell off and was eating and drinking whatever I wanted and not working out at all. So for the past 75 days I was definitely watching what I ate and also didn’t drink as much but I still wasn’t working out....yes we all know I wanted the peloton but wasn’t a big fan....looking at these pictures showed me what I am capable of and makes me want more....so as I’ve stated I am ironically doing and super excited to see what the next set of results brings....I am definitely someone who once I see the changes it just motivates me more....so the peloton and I have become friends again and I am ready .....
