We’re beyond bummed, but the race is officially rained out and rescheduled for August 14th. Big thanks to Bloomington Speedway for doing what’s best. We know it’s never an easy call, even when it’s the right (and only) one to make. Check out their live on the announcement and grounds:

Well… we’re into the “everyone stare aggressively at the weather apps” portion of Josh Burton Memorial week 😅🌧️

At this point we may need every prayer, rain dance, crossed finger, and anti-rain ritual we can get 🤞🏼☀️

Seriously though, we’re hoping Mother Nature gives us a break so we can all come together Friday night and to honor Josh at Bloomington Speedway!

A huge THANK YOU goes out to Leslie & Terry Prince for putting up an incredible $1,000 Hard Charger Award for this Friday’s Josh Burton Memorial at Bloomington Speedway! 🤩

The driver who advances the most positions during the feature event will take home an extra $1,000 on top of the purse money for their finishing position. That’s an unbelievably generous addition to the payout and we can’t thank them enough for helping make this race even bigger for the drivers. It should make for some exciting racing in the back of the field!🧡💚

And the bonus money doesn’t stop there…

Lovett’s construction has also added a $500 “Worst to First” bonus if the driver starting on the tail can wheel it and pull off the win! 👀🏁

We decided to switch things up with a brand new shirt color we’ve never done before, and honestly… we can already picture these ALL OVER the Bloomington Speedway grandstands and hill on Memorial night! 💚🧡
