CWO3 Pamela M. Carlisle

Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CWO3) Pamela M. Carlisle, a native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, graduated from Pine Bluff High School in May of 1999. She went on to enlist and graduate from boot camp at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina in June of 1999.

After completing Personnel Administrative School in August of the same year, she reported to her first duty station at Marine Aircraft Group 24, Headquarters, Marine Corps Base, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii as an administrative clerk.

Flight Info: If you plan on flying into Jacksonville, NC the Airport you should fly into is Jacksonville (Albert Ellis (OAJ)). New Bern & Wilmington airports are both 45mins to an hour away.
