The future isn’t a flipped hierarchy. It’s a circle. People hear matriarchy and flinch… imagining a power swap, not a paradigm shift. But matriarchy isn’t patriarchy with different rulers. It’s an entirely different architecture of power. Patriarchy is a triangle. Rigid. Hierarchical. Built on domination, extraction, and the concentration of power at the top. Matriarchy is not “women at the top.” It’s the feminine way of organizing life itself… Communal. Relational. Supportive. No one above. No one beneath… A circle. Power moves through the community, not over it.
